2024 Farm Walks

Join us for a season of in-person Farm Walks! These farmer-to-farmer educational opportunities are guided walk-and-talk style tours at organic, sustainable, and innovative farm and food businesses throughout Washington State. Each Farm Walk highlights our farmer hosts and their unique expertise and experiences. Beginning and experienced farmers gain education, advice, and mentorship from these farmers, as well as agricultural and food systems professionals, and WSU Extension Specialists.

Our 2024 Farm Walk registration costs are generously supported through the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Transition to Organic Partnership Program (TOPP). TOPP is a program of the USDA Organic Transition Initiative and is administered by the USDA Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) National Organic Program (NOP).

If you need a reasonable accommodation or language access to participate in an event, please contact Kate Smith, WSU Food Systems Program, at kate.smith@wsu.edu or 360-399-6052 no later than two weeks before the event. Language access services, such as interpretation or translation of vital information, will be provided free of charge to limited English proficient individuals upon request.
